WKPep®Multi-soothing peptides is super anti-allergic peptide working for anti-itching, anti-aching, preventing and relieving irritant symptoms as well as maintaining skin health, decreasing skin sensitivity. The anti-allergic and soothing action of WKPep Multi-soothing peptides is related to anti-inflammation and nerve sensitivity. It has the potent anti-inflammatory effect by combining with MC1-R, and in vitro test has shown that its anti-inflammatory effect is 30 times stronger than that of dexamethasone. Moreover, it decreases nerve sensitivity by inhibiting the activation of TRPV-1, which is well known to conduct and regulate the sensation of aching, itching and burning, blocking stimulation mediated by heat, acid etc. and increasing skin tolerance threshold.
