Aquaguard® 9093 by ISCA UK and distributed by Brenntag Beauty & Personal Care in UK and Poland is a paraben-, thiazolinone- & formaldehyde-free, environmentally friendly, preservative. It is based on an aqueous dispersion of organic acids. This ingredient exhibits broad spectrum antimicrobial activity. It is supplied as an easy to use, readily dispersible liquid which is alcohol- and solvent free. It is designed for use in skin friendly formulations with pH values up to 6.5. Aquaguard® 9093 is recommended for shampoo & shower gel (rinse-off), creams & lotions (leave-on), O/W- & W/O emulsions, wet wipes, eye-, lip- & oral care and children under 3.
